About/Bio

Eric Koslosky is known as the singer and guitarist of “Deep Fried 5” and the lead guitarist of the more elusive band, “Juke Skywalker”. Originally based in Nashville, he is usually seen on stage with groups of at least 4 members, brewing up a unique type of energy that one can only achieve with a crew of longtime friends.   

Recently, after moving to Düsseldorf, Germany, he has been making new moves to display his songwriting and musicianship from a more individual and fundamental angle.    

Inspired by multiple trips to Europe over the last 3 years, Eric has gained a new perspective and has grown to know his craft on a more intimate level. Often traveling with only an acoustic guitar, his expressive writing and playing have been filtered through this instrument, naturally giving his solo sound some qualities reminiscent of Americana, Roots and Blues.

Besides being a respected singer, Eric’s greatest musical strength may be in his ability to improvise as a soloist, particularly on guitar and bass.  However, he is also a skilled songwriter and composer, who is actively contributing during the creative process of many collaborations.
